Balance.


It may appear as if everything is under control. And to a certain extent, it is.

Life is all about balance.


Balance is a condition in which different elements are equal or in the correct proportions. Balance your work, balance school, balance relationships, balance friendships, balance family, balance your time.

 

When you feel the scale reaching its tipping point, catch yourself and live in that moment. We overthink and over stress because we feel as though no one else in this world is feeling what we feel. Balance your space. Your energy is essential to your balance. Without it, you crumble and fall to your lowest point.

 

Balance out your transitions. It feels so hard to move on to the next step in your life while also tending to everything else you already had to work on. This is probably the most difficult time in your life. Emotions are high, you are confused, nothing makes sense, yet everyone expects the best from you. Take time. Take your own time and figure out how you want your story to be written. You are the guiding captain of your life and only you can decide what’s best to keep and what needs to be eliminated.

 

Balance yourself and monitor how you control your balance. Only you can choose your own path.
